Question 1: Are message two synced into the CRM Conversations tab?

Question 2: What happens if a previous client texts our old number?

Yes reporting will be present so you can still track what each user is doing. Because we fully integrate into your CRMs sub-accounts your message analytics tabs will now represent your number associated with CRM Phone Pro. The call center you will have access to will also show you how much calls each user is making.
