Question 1: Are message two synced into the CRM Conversations tab?

YES! When you use CRM Phone Pro as your SMS provider there will only be two differences you will notice. Your messages are actually going through and your phone bill is less than half the price.

Question 2: What happens if a previous client texts our old number?

All text messages to your previous number will still come through, the only difference is that when your respond to your client it will be sent through your Telnyx number.

Question 3: Are SMS and Calls still tracked in the CRM sub-account?

Yes reporting will be present so you can still track what each user is doing. Because we fully integrate into your CRMs sub-accounts your message analytics tabs will now represent your number associated with CRM Phone Pro. The call center you will have access to will also show you how much calls each user is making.

Question 4: What happens if I am having problems using CRM Phone Pro?
